Products exchange




Goods bought in the store: www.v-kei.pl can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery. When the size of the goods you purchased does not fit, you can replaced it for a different size. Before returning please let us know by e-mail to: sklep@v-kei.pl. In the body of an email, please write: name, surname and order number. Goods should be returned only after obtaining feedback from us.

1. Exchanged goods must be in ideal state: unused, clean, odorless (fe: creams, perfumes) with labels. Any signs of use cancel exchange of goods.

2. Discounted goods are not a subject to exchange (this information is contained in the product description)

3. Goods to be returned must be accompanied by:

  • bill or invoice VAT

  • completed “exchange” form (download here - click)


4. To ran exchange process smoothly, please submit a new order in the store www.v-kei.pl informing in the comments/notes that this is the article in the exchange order number (indicate order number from which the article is mentioned)

5. NOTE: The cost of shipping the goods exchanged shall be borne by customer and it amounts abt 11,00 (depends on exchange rate).

The amount to be returned shall be transfered on a bank account.

6. If required size is not available in shop at www.v-kei.pl then the exchange of goods will not be possible.

In such a situation goods can be returned or exchanged to anotherc one.

7. Refund or payment due the difference in prices of goods exchanged will be taken into account. Proper information 'll be sent by e-mail. In case of overpayment - will be settled within 7 days from the date of completion of the exchange.
